The members of the association are the following organisations:

- ECC NORD KIVU
MSF-H was also one of the founders of the association.
The General Assembly is the highest organ of the association and meets once every year. A president, a vice-president, a treasurer and a secretary of the board and the other members are elected by the GA.
Throughout the year the GA is represented by the board of directors who meet at least twice a year. Each member has two seats on the board of directors.
A so-called “executive committee” consisting of 4 members of the board of directors meets at least once a month with the executive director of the association as well as with the other members of the management team. The president, the first and second vice-president and the treasurer are members of this committee.
